Judy Haberl
Experience: Mrs. Haberl has taught at Saints Peter and Paul School for 37 years. Her experience includes teaching 5th, 3rd, and 2nd, as well as summer tutoring. After spending many of the last few years in second grade, Mrs. Haberl is excited to be back in the fifth grade! She has participated in the Belleville Diocese Catechist Certification Program for over 30 years, taking numerous courses on the Catholic faith, and on how to teach it effectively. She is working on her 7th Advanced Renewal Certificate.
Besides teaching fifth grade, she also directs the junior high chorus. For over 25 years she has also coordinated the Saints Peter and Paul School Children's Rummage Sale for the Missions. She is a parish cantor and guitarist, and plans the music for most of the school liturgies. She has written many original songs, and recently recorded a CD of 14 of them, "Songs for Life".
